At bmnja™, we work to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for every order. Below are our standard processing and delivery times for US orders.

Shipping Overview

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping to the United States typically takes 10–15 business days after processing.

Free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum purchase required.

Our collections include Everyday Rituals products such as kitchen tools, care accessories and creative lifestyle items, as well as Move & Beyond products including fitness, recovery and outdoor essentials.

All orders are reviewed, packed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Standard delivery to the contiguous United States takes 10–15 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.

After payment confirmation, orders enter our preparation process within 2–4 business days. This includes order verification, quality check, packaging and handoff to the shipping carrier.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order total

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may have longer delivery times and additional shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs procedures, carrier delays or peak holiday periods. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
